Pets or any animals are prohibited from being brought into the premises of the Property unless permitted pursuant to a Pet Addendum attached to this Lease. Pet prohibitions apply to all mammals, reptiles, birds, fish and insects. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing herein shall be construed to prohibit service animals in the Property. In the event of a violation of this rule, $50 fine each day will be assessed against residents living in the apartment, and Landlord, at its discretion, may declare the Resident in default.
