I am a grad student at Purdue looking for someone to take over my lease starting in August 2018 because my housing plans have changed since I originally signed the document. This lease is for a single bedroom in a three bedroom apartment at Village West Apartments. Two roommates stay in the other bedrooms, one of whom is a fellow grad student at Purdue, and both of whom are genial. The bedroom is furnished with a bed, dresser, and night stand, while the apartment is equipped with a dining room table and couch. The Village West clubhouse is recently renovated and equipped with study rooms and computers. These renovations include an improved fitness room which contains numerous, treadmills, dumbbells, and weight machines. Finally, Village West is serviced by CityBus Route 35 which is an express route to campus. In general, the ride to or from campus takes 20 minutes at most.
