We are two grad students at Purdue looking for a 3rd housemate for the 2017-18 academic year. Rent is $400 per person plus utilities.
This is a big unfurnished house with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a living room, smaller living room, kitchen (all appliances) two covered porches, a large basement for storage, washer and dryer in house and a backyard. Driveway along the side of the house can fit your car.
Its a 15 min walk to the engineering mall and the 1B (runs from 7AM to 11PM) bus stop is only 2 blocks away.
