Although we would like to stick to our NO Pets policy, in rare cases we might make an exception for a small dog or other pets ( no cats) on approval. There will be a separate deposit and a monthly charge negotiated and levied in such a situation.

Lease Terms
8-16-2014 to 7-31-2015. The minimum total rent is $1800/month X 12 = $21600 ( $450/person/month) for the whole house rented as one unit for 4 persons. If the units are rented separately the minimum rent for downstairs is $1400 for 3 persons, and $550/month for upstairs for 1 person. If the number of tenants exceeds 3 downstairs or 1 upstairs the rent will be negotiable where the total rent will go up but the rent per person will go down. A deposit of One month's rent is required at the signing of the lease, and the first month's rent to be paid prior to move in. Tenants pay ALL Utilities.
