We have two bedrooms open in a 4 bed 2 bath house. The two individuals who sign will share a bathroom. Rent per month is $380 plus utilities. Current residents are a 25 y/o male grad student and a 21 y/o undergrad.
The house has three levels. A full basement with 4 rooms, one of which has been converted into a weight room, one into a bike shop and the other two are for storage. Laundry is also available in the basement. The main floor has three bedrooms, a bathroom, full kitchen, dinning room and living room. The second floor has one bedroom and a bathroom. A room on the main floor is available. Furniture in the living room and dining room are owned by current residents. Future resident will only need bedroom furnishings.
There is a carport that can accommodate up to two vehicles, but there is also free parking on Dehart St. We have a small yard with a propane grill and a small shed attached to the carport. The house also has a screened in porch looking out onto Salisbury St.
